listed, are in stock at the time of listing, but sometimes become unavailable or low stock.
If you purchase a product that has less quantity then needed for your order, We will have
the product shipped to you directly from the manufacture. If a product number becomes
unavailable we will contact you within twenty four (24) hours, (normal business hours
9:00am - 5:00pm est. Monday through friday) to give you the option to either wait for the
product to return to stock or request a refund if you prefer.

How We Process Returns:
Please read instruction below.
1. Open a new support ticket (you will need to log into your account).
2. Select the order from the dropdown menu and the RMA return/exchange department.
3. Once our Return Department received your submission, they will review and contact you back with an RMA number. (NOTE: You will need this number to include in with return package. Any package return to us without the RMA number will not get process.)
4. Once you received an RMA number from us, please have this number included in with your return package.
