OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS:Please be advised, on occasion there
are products which become out of stock. Products listed, are in stock at the time of
listing, but sometimes become unavailable. If you purchase a product that has become
unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you the option to either wait
for the product to return to stock or request a refund if you prefer.
SHIPPING:Products are shipped via the Vendor's location who listed the
product. Shipping method's are selected by each vendor. For instance, if a vendor
selected a shipping method being the USPS, then their shipping rates are realtime shipping
rates drawn from the USPS servers. Or the UPS servers. Some vendor's ship Flat Rate, and
other vendor's may offer FREE SHIPPING. Each product is assigned their shipping method by
the vendor when listed. All products ship only by the method assigned. Please allow 7-10
days for delivery). Please allow up to 48 hours before receiving a tracking number. We
will email you your tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:Please contact for shipping cost before making your
purchase.
RETURN POLICY:Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in unused condition, and it is within 7 days of your invoice date. All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 12.5% restocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. All returns must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted.

How We Process Return
Please read instruction below.
1. Open a new support ticket (you will need to log into your account).
2. Select the order from the dropdown menu and the RMA return/exchange department.
3. Once our Return Department received your submission, they will review and contact you back with an RMA number. (NOTE: You will need this number to include in with return package. Any package return to us without the RMA number will not get process.)
4. Once you received an RMA number from us, please have this number included in with your return package.
